The receptionist made me feel welcome and no question was to dumb for them. Robin has given me a few massages now and each time has been fantastic and helped my back each time. I cannot recommend Robin enough for anyone who has a need or want of a massage.

I though the massage was incredible, the pressure was amazing and just right. I told him to focus on my upper back and he did. The only reason I was somewhat dissatisfied was because my appt was scheduled at 6pm, I got there 10 minutes early and waited 10 minutes after 6 to finally be seen. My appointment was over at 6:50 and that's after I had already gotten dressed. This means my appointment was only 30 minutes long (this includes the time it took to get undressed and wait for him to get there) when I have a monthly membership and am promised a 50 minute massage. Not a 50 minute appointment, that is my only complaint.

I was able to obtain an immediate appointment. Staff was friendly and Tony was great as always.
