My therapist, Tyler, was knowledgeable about anatomy and tailored my massage for the kind of work I do. He asked how I was feeling/doing throughout, and made suggestions based on my daily complaints as to how I can request certain types of massage to work in my long term favor, rather than just give me short term relief. In all my years of getting massages, I’ve never had someone do that. Even though some of his techniques weren’t as relaxing as I’m used to, he asked for consent at each point, and that night, I realized I felt better than I usually do after a massage. Sometimes I need the relaxation, but this time I came in specifically for shoulder/back issues. He addressed my needs and taught me something new. Hang onto him. He’s very smart, extremely polite, and good at what he does.

Tyler was the most intentional and gracefully therapist I have experienced in w long while. He made sure to focus on the areas we discussed, and did not just push at knots with an enormous amount of pressure. In addition he made sure to stay in contact with my body so there were no gaps in delivery of service as he moved around the table.

My aesthetician is Adam. He is knowledgeable, accommodating and thorough while being very personable and warm.

Edwina was amazing! She took great care of me and knew exactly what pressure to use (this was my first massage here). The Himalayan Salt Stone is AMAZING and feels fantastic.
