The appointments are NEVER 60 minutes. MY DAUGHTER GOES TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION & TELLS ME THEIR PRICES ARE LESS & SHE RECEIVES CLOSE TO 60 MINUTES.

Massage started 10 mins late, and I was still being led out at the original time

Due to the recent price increase, I will be canceling my membership once I use existing points. My salary is not increasing, so this service will have to be eliminated. This is the 3rd price increase since I joined.

A customer arrived after me who was not well manner. It made the wait in the reception area a bit uncomfortable.

This was my second massage here, the first one was great but this round I didn’t feel my muscle pain was relieved. The massage therapist was really nice but seemed timid. I was relaxed but not refreshed.

Easy to Book appointments if you use multiple locations helps also. Not always room at one location. Most people want a specific person (so that's at a specific location), which is OK to book if you are flexible. Massage is better if you have your selected therapist.

Probably expectations; much construction noise nearby, you have created a great baseline for providing excellent service. It is a great place but why would you not expect greatness. You guys figure how to out shine all others.

Inability to split service credit Upcharge on most services especially deep tissue upgrade

1-hour massage is not an hour it's about 50 minutes. I am used to getting a full hour.
