Hand and Stone

The environment and staff are always very nice. I was satisfied, but it would take a little more to be HIGHLY satisfied. I have reward points, but nobody can explain to me when I can use them. I've asked if they can be redeemed to add hot stones to my massage and have been told no, so not sure what the point of having them is or how many I have to get before they CAN be used for something.

I was not happy with the results of my facial. I asked for treatment targeting my T-zone and clogged pores, including extractions. After paying an additional $20 for this, I saw zero results. I’ve had extractions before and know they’re not pleasant. I did not get this service as requested.

I feel the experience is good for what it is and Hand and Stone is convenient and fills its purpose . I’m Not complaining but it’s not the level of spa or services I get at high end spa’s and med spas but I am pleased that you have added more upgraded services like the Demalinfusion 👍🏻

I have enjoyed receiving massages and a few facials at Hand and Stone. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. As to why, just satisfied and not highly satisfied is the lack of communication with the receptionist regarding the membership, points, app - that sort of thing.

This visit was ok. My daughter’s skin was pretty red for a day following appt and she had to come home and wash her face immediately. The woman was friendly and nice during the facial. What the type of facial she was given is supposed to include, we had no idea. It was never explained to us. I have a bad taste in my mouth from the previous visit my other daughters had where an additional $60 of charges were added to their facials and they were never told. I talked to the manager and was not impressed with how she handled things. She gave me a free upgRade for the third daughter but the damage was already done. A relaxing and enjoyable outing was ruined when the first two were hit with a big dollar amount and they had never been asked. I should Not have to worry that when I give a gift certificate to people they are going to be charged for services that they had no idea they were extra. I think this makes me very cautious abiut recommending or gifting your services.

Pregnancy is difficult and uncomfortable. I was not highly satisfied with the options provided to me while I am pregnant. I almost felt like a burden because I am pregnant.

She seemed new and not very knowledgeable

The massage was great but never got the front of my legs massaged or shoulders. I just felt it was an incomplete massage.

1. Too hard to get couples appointments. 2. The massage does not really relieve my aches and pains.
