Only thing I wasn't ecstatic about was that I was sort of tricked into paying more during the massage when asked whether I wanted to fix my dry skin with a more hydration focused facial or some other (which i opted for the first as I sort of assumed it was one or the other. I didn't realize I was (on the spot) accepting the $20-$30 more it would cost for I'm assuming the extra round of products at the end of the session. I was satisfied with the whole experience, but just didn't sit right with me that it wasn't exclusively stated during the session.

I felt that the Deep Tissue massage did not really address what I needed. I have some pretty painful knots on my shoulders from working at my desk. I wanted to see if the therapist could work them out... but I do not think that happened.

When I booked my appointment over the phone, I asked to verify that Hand & Stone takes Spa Finder gift cards as I had seen on the Spa Finder website. The receptionist said yes, so I planned to pay with a gift card upon checkout. After my massage when checking out, the receptionist said she had never heard of Spa Finder. The other receptionist said Hand & Stone does not take Spa Finder gift cards, so I had to pay out of pocket. This revelation is either a very recent change in policy or the staff should be better educated about accepted methods of payment.

Had scheduled a hot stone and forgot. The massage therapist must not have read the notes and or forgot. The receptionist seemed clueless. Thought I was someone else. Had the wrong email when I asked for a receipt, hot mess.

I wanted to book my next appointment but there is always a line of people checking in and checking out plus it takes so much longer when someone is being talked to about becoming a member. I was rushed to check out so someone behind me could check in and didn’t get to book my appointment. There is not enough help up front with two people, there are lines of people and the phone is ringing off the hook. It’s frustrating, it’s rude and I’m not sure I’m going to continue my membership even though the massage therapists do such a good job.

I'm never had a facial so I don't really have anything to compare it to. The products that were for sale outside were way too expensive. I can't really tell a difference in my face.

This was my first visit and I never had a full body massage, so I was a little anxious. I’m sure the next visit will be satisfying.

The ambience of the reception area. The wait time (massage never starts on time). Could have used more pressure and time spent on the shoulder. The from of my arms and legs were not massaged.
