When I come its because I have problem areas that need work on. Usually I leave feeling relieved but this time I was still feeling sore afterwards. Just needed a different provider

You send too many emails or texts. For instance I received a text and an email each day since I made the appt asking me to confirm. Each time I confirmed but once again I received another email or text. Please reduce the number of emails and texts you send.

Overall, we were satisfied with our couples massage experience and want to thank Jasmine and Robin for a wonderful job...My only issue is the cost is higher than other places.

Front desk personnel are superb, and it has been across the board, no matter who I have talked with, at any time and location. Excellent work! I have not been able to book online, which is my preference so that I may look for an appointment on short notice if times on my schedule becomes available. Two times a front desk person said they would look into it, but I have received information if it has been corrected. I’ll need to attempt doing it that way again. Out of four massages, the first one I had, and it was as a walk-in at a different location, was the best. However, I like the W 7th Street location because I can walk to/from it from my home. I have been coming for a specific problem and asked for it to be concentrated on and the muscle area continues to ache. I get chiropractic treatment in addition to massage which seems to help more, other than the first massage which helped and I therefore joined as a member. I’ll need to find out the name of the first masseuse and try to get an appointment with him at the other location.

I asked for deep hard pressure and the therapist just wasn’t capable of the level I wanted/needed.

Wanted more massage time. Felt kinda rushed. Background music too soft/low volume so all I could here was beat pounding music of the workout center next door. Masseuse was great at his technique overall though!

My original appt had to be rescheduled. I showed up for the appt, waited for 15-20 mins, and was told that I had to be rescheduled due to my therapist needing to attend to a family matter. That was not the issue, as I completely understand things come up. When I was rebooked, the receptionist let me know that the massage was going to be comped (no charge) for the inconvenience of driving to the appt and not getting a massage. She even asked if i wanted to add aroma therapy since it I wasnt going to be charged. I was surprised after my massage that there was no record of my massage being comped, and I was charged for the massage and the aroma therapy upgrades which were not part of my original massage prior to me having to be rescheduled. I didnt bring it up at the time of check out because there were different staff members working who were not there at the time of my rescheduled appt.

I love the facials. But everytime I go it seems like my facials keep getting shorter in time.
