I asked for more pressure and was not satisfied. My appointment started 10 minutes late.

I think more information on prep before the appointment would have been nice. If there had been something on the website for what I could expect that would have been very helpful as well.

I was not offered drink on arrival. My last appointment was canceled upon arrival-due to my Covid vaccine-even tho I had let them Know that I had taken the vaccine.

Too expensive it was not worth 249.00 for a couples massage.

I was called a few hours before my appointment by the receptionist to ask if pushing back my appointment was okay because of a scheduling error. The facial was great but seemed quick. I would have enjoyed more of a shoulder and neck massage or an offer as an addition to the session.

There were some people talking very loudly in the hallway. The music in my massage room was not turned up loud enough and some of the songs playing were not relaxing. I received an aromatherapy massage but I didn’t feel like very much of the massage was aromatherapy; I could barely smell the lavender.

I called twice to see if you offered lymphatic drainage massages I was told that yes there was three people that were certified and offered these type of massages. I called back and scheduled with one of the three people that was certified. When I arrived and the therapist asked if there was anything specific I want it I told her that it was my first Lymphatic drainage massage so I wasn’t sure what to expect. She then proceeds to tell me they didn’t offer that because they were not a medical spa and these type of massages were for after surgery or oncology patients. I let her know that I didn’t want it for an after surgery procedure I was looking for it for a detox/esthetic reasons. She still continue to let me know that it wasn’t something that she would offer but she would try her best and she did eventhough she keep saying it was for post surgery recovery during the massage. Which it is, but it’s also used for detox and water retention among other things. I researched before asking for one. The miscommunication was really annoying because I would have gone somewhere else that offers these types massages.
