The price is high. I was not able to use a promotional gift card because of covid. There were a number of months when stores were closed.

Not enough focus on the areas I asked for. I added a foot treatment and thought there would be more focus on the massage of my feet.

The price of a facial is similar to a place that uses products that I think work better and I can get dermaplaning included for the same price.

I did not feel the tension relief I normally feel. The massage was pleasant overall, but there could have been more force.

My feet were not massaged. Probably because i had not been to get a pedicure in a while. Which i could totally understand and because i could understand, i choose not to say anything. Unless its not a part of the message?

I called because I thought I still had a gift card in my account. The very nice receptionist told me I had two. I argued no. She double checked and confirmed two. I told her I only planned to book one because of my strict budget but because she was confident that I had two, I’d go ahead and book two. She once again confirmed I had two. I trusted her. I didn’t need to have a $100 unforeseen bill. I don’t have that ability right now as half of my income is gone due to the coronavirus. The two services were great. At check out, the stress came back: the woman at the desk said I only had one GC. She made the second service into a member-price as a consultation but it made me feel poorly that I had been misled even if it was unintentional. The woman offered that the manager would get back to me during the following week. The manager did not. I even wrote back on a follow-up thank you email to prompt the remembering of my case. I should mention that the service desk people in person have always uniformly been really unpleasant. Are they trained not to be pleasant? Never to make eye contact or smile or add a positive vibe to the atmosphere?

I have found two therapist I like, they have both left. I don’t like spending dollars to take a chance that I may like the next one. The therapist yesterday rushed through certain parts of the massage and basic used my mini decompression session as the base of the firm massage.

I received an email during the pandemic closure that I was about to transfer up to 4 credits to gift cards. I was about to do it once but this time they claimed they changed to a different system and the couldn’t. So I had to pay the $10 credit transfer fee, this was after my service and after telling me they could before I went back. They did not offer to waive the their miscommunication and change.

During my last visit I was not offered a robe to wear after my massage, so I had to get dressed and then immediately undress again for my facial. Outside of that I have no other complaints.
