Massage didn’t really seem thorough. But I was a couple minutes late so maybe she was rushing? It wasn’t particularly similar to the massages I’ve had in the past.

The online form made me sign for minor services, which I wasn’t going for but now it’s on file. I do have a minor, so that concerns me. Not all guest were required to wear masks.

I'm very cold nature, I was freezing through the treatment. The blankets have been changed out for thin light not weighted blankets. I enjoyed prior to COVID-19 receiving massages and facials, with out the heated tables and heavy blankets its not the same. I was to cold to enjoy my visits. My massage therapist did her best to keep me warm using hot towels. I will come back in the future when the blankets and table warmers return for my comfort. I was miserable shaking throughout my facial with a thin blanket and cold room, the hands and fingertips of aesthetician were so cold.

Another place is the facial came with services that this facial did not come with. For example extraction was part of the detox facial which was an extra $20 which I was upgraded to but was not told of the up charge additionally my lips weren’t treated during this facial which another facials it’s routine and part of the classic base charge

My massage therapist this visit was amazing with her work. My only complaint is that I arrived before my scheduled appt (granted only 2 mins, but still before time), and wasn’t brought back until almost 10 minutes after my scheduled time. If you factor in time to get back to the room, discussing problem areas, undressing and dressing, and still getting home 2 miles away, 4 mins after when my hour was supposed to be over...I didn’t get a full hour. Maybe 45 mins...Other than that, the therapist was stellar.

Being sold a package at the end. Also paid $10 for some lavender oil seems excessive. The therapist was good and very nice but I just need deeper pressure and more quiet but don’t feel Comfortable telling someone to stop talking.

Waited about 15 minutes in the front. But the esthetician apologized and made sure I got the full time for my service. I understand things do happen, but I just hope that doesn’t happen regularly.

My massage therapist heard my concerns for wrists, ankle and lower back. However, I did not feel like those concerns were addressed. She never asked about the level of pressure. Obviously any massage is a good thing. But were my concerns addressed? No. I will return and request a different therapist. I was told at the checkout portion there are different types of therapists. Wish I would’ve know this at the beginning. I also had a facial that day. This gal was 5 star all the way!! Massage, not so much.

The massage therapist was great. She was experienced and a professional as well and I would recommend her and Hand & Stone to others for a great massage or facial.
