The massage was great but the pressure the front desk woman put on me to sign up for a membership was somewhat rude. I told her that I had to discuss with my husband and refused to sign up and she wouldn’t take no for an answer. After still politely telling her no, she was rude after that.

I don’t appreciate being called “sweetheart” or “hon” by the front desk staff; I’m spending money on a membership and products and I’m a customer. I also don’t appreciate how no one asks me questions about what I want in a massage/facial experience on the phone when I book. I may be booked quickly, but I’m walking in the door with no knowledge of my Therapists names, gender or skills (deep tissue, relaxation, etc.). I don’t know what I’m spending $120 of my money on.

Noisy music from a nearby business drowned out the relaxing spa music I'd prefer to hear. Also quite a bit of lotion was gotten in my hair which felt greasy afterwards.

Overall good services. I am not a fan of membership massage services. I do not like being pressured into enrolling into a mo they services, it takes away from the relaxation and makes me less likely to return.

Receptionist not paying attention when I got there and tried to check me in under someone else. massage therapist could have asked for feedback on pressure
