Hand and Stone

Though I was satisfied with most of my experience and it was mostly good, there were two things that were not satisfactory. The appointment did not begin on time. The therapist used way too much oil.

The location is right next to a workout studio. Why that unfortunately means is sometimes the workout music can be heard through the walls. Luckily it stopped, and I don’t know why can be done to change that, but that’s my biggest Complaint.

It was ok. Had some lower back pain that wasnt really addressed but was still helpful. It wasn't a bad experience just ok

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable.

My massage could have been a higher pressure.

Adam is always so friendly and welcoming when I come in for my facial each month! He really makes an effort to get to know his clients.

No transition room and a few times I've waited past my scheduled time to be called back. Music can vary in these rooms to annoying, repetitive or too loud. Would like less lighting during massage and would like a mask put over my eyes when I'm lying on my back. Not every therapist does this. Always make sure that clients are getting their full allotted minutes. Sometimes, I have been cut short.

Massage therapist Selena was great!! Worked on my problem area so accurately

The front desk is always wonderful. Dominique and Edwina are my favorite therapist. I had one horrible massage there, where the therapist was sick and didn't use any pressure. I told the front desk and nothing was really done about it. That was the only time I felt like maybe I should cancel my membership because I had to use my voucher for a not so great experience.

I did not get aromatherapy when asked / paid for it at one of my appointments, and pressuring to get a membership is a little overbearing
