The woman I spoke with when I wanted to cancel was extremely rude. The membership fee is higher than the cost of the massage. I only book last minute, so $20 cheaper.

I prefer firm pressure but can never seem to get firm pressure even when I ask for it. Other than that I really appreciate the therapist working on problem areas.

The only thing was that I could hear the music and bass of the workout studio next door and a dog barking outside. Other than that, everything was great!

My esthetician was very informative with the products she used. She answered all the questions I had and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. She never seemed rushed.

I joined the club and purchased cards for extra services during the time they were offered. No one can ever really explain the policies and or costs and why the services we request are not available at the times we desire. One couple wanted a massage and facial at the same time and that is not possible. So confused y the pay policies we never use the gift cards.

I used pre-paid packages for my services but there was extra left over which essentially went to waste. The value is not great - the price of “aromatherapy” is expensive and should be included in the treatment. I felt like they were slow to start the massage but quick to get me out when time was up. In addition, there was a LOT of background noise from outside of the therapy room that was distracting.

music was loud I told her that i had a crick in my neck and a problem area. I dont feel like she addressed either very well.

Easy access to parking. Very friendly staff. Great services.
