Hand and Stone

Well I managed a H&S and it just felt like he was fresh out of school. He was very nice and he had good pressure but I like my therapist to take charge and move me or bend me wherever he/she needs to and find all my problem areas without having to answer yes or no whenever he asked if it was tender here or there. I could tell he wanted to help me get the knots out, but I wanted a more relaxing experience.

I just had my facial yesterday so I am waiting to see how my skin does. It felt good when I was there. Just waiting to see.

It may not be entirely Edwina's fault but I came in because my neck, shoulders, and back are spasming up. Not much time was spent on my neck. However, she did a great job on my back. I'll come back but probably be more specific next time.

The only way to actually book a massage is the phone. The website seems to not be accurate and the 7th street location cannot be booked on the app.

The business next door is very loud and could be heard during my session - the staff were aware and made my next appointment when there would not be any classes going on to disturb me.

I liked the facial. I compared to others at different locations where massaging hands was part of the basic service while my mask was standing. I didn't know it was an extra service.

Confusion with the late cancel policy and getting money back. Receptionist was treating me and my mom like we were stupid because we did not understand how she was explaining the policy

Tony was great! Recommend for receptionist to suggest services over the phone when making appointments so everything is ready.

It was an ok experience. It was rushed, partly due to making the appt 10 minutes before it started, and having to fill out paperwork since this was my first time at this location. I think it would have been different if we had more time.
