Hand and Stone

When I initially tried to set up my appointment at Gilbert, the girl told me my membership cancelled in 2019 and she hung up. I called PV and they looked up my membership, they said it expired 2018. The manager of PV called me, someone put my phone number in wrong so they corrected it and I was able to call Gilbert and set an appointment. My overall massage was wonderful!!!

My therapist was great, the facility is nice and calming. I am a big fan of massages for health and relaxation.

Often with 'chain' salons they are impersonal and basic. The salon environment from the receptionists, lobby, massage room, restrooms, and massage therapist felt personal and welcoming. I was very pleased with my experience and will be scheduling myself and my daughters for a treatment soon.

Services are great. Therapist was exceptional. Improvement needed in disclosing fees and how membership dues/activity are applied. Simply - there is no place to see what I was charged...and how payments were applied. Too much of a mystery.

I was happy that I could make an appointment for the day that I called. I was also happy that the therapist could do decompression. I was also happy with the time spent on my focus areas of concern.

Everything was just as good as usual while visiting Hand and Stone. However, my message therapist was AMAZING. I was a little sore as to be expected and as he mentioned but he really took his time and really helped me feel better leaving my message. He was a delight!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The massage therapist listened and did a great job. I bought a couple products and the girls at the desk were a lot of help.

Bookie was the first therapist that listened and did what I asked him to concentrate on.

Angela was fantastic and very personable! Her level of knowledge as an Aesthetician was top notch! I will definitely be using Angela and Hand & Stone at San Tan again.

I was gifted this massage for Christmas and I was very happy with my visit. I'm not the type of person who pampers himself alot, so it was great to have a relaxing visit that I really enjoyed. My masseuse did a great job to make me feel comfortable and rejuvinated.
