Overall great experience, kind masseuse named Ronnie. She had a calm friendly presence and was attentive. I'm not sure who I was scheduled with initially but the masseuse got switched last minute to accommodate another guest (totally fine given the other guests' situation). I think next time I'll ask for slightly less pressure but wanted to try the different levels so I let her go pretty deep with it. It hurt a little but in a good way - my body was carrying a lot of stress! Although, I think for my next visit I'd prefer lighter pressure.

Reception area smelled so good. I felt welcome immediately. Angela was outstanding on her knowledge and communication.

I was satisfied with the timeliness and quality of service I received. The massage therapist was pleasant as well.

The experience was very satisfying as the knowledge and therapy definitely helped with my sciatica issues. The Front desk was very friendly as well.

The reception staff is always warm and welcoming. I was able to find an appointment on the day and time frame that worked for me. Wyatt my therapist is always friendly, and professional. The only constructive feedback for the spa would be to lower the volume of music in the rooms a bit. It was quite loud and difficult to fully relax.
