Hand and Stone

I came in to get a much needed prenatal massage. Between work, caring for my little one, and general pregnancy pain everything hurt. My massage therapist worked on all the areas that hurt and some that I didn't even realize were bothering me. When I got up after my massage I immediately noticed how much better I felt, and even though I am still a little sore from the massage I am noticeably more comfortable that I have been the past few weeks. I plan to get a massage every couple weeks from now until the baby is born because that helped so much.

Regina was very health knowledgeable. Regina took everything I said into consideration as she massaged Location and price was very favorable

My esthetician, angela, was outstanding at helping me relax. I was running close to being late and she assured me that she could keep our appointment on time.

I usually go to the Ahwatukee H&S, but since getting my friend to also join, because she lives in Gilbert, we now switch off which one we go to. We love our “me” days, then go out to lunch or happy hour together! It makes for a perfect day! I never plan on giving up my membership!

My Therapist was very knowledgeable about Massage Techniques. She did a lot of trigger point therapy and it helped with the pain I was experiencing. I will definitely be back!

Always a nice experience whether I have a facial or a massage. The staff is very helpful. The location of the facility makes the distance from home work for me.
