Desirae was recommended to husband for her deep tissue skills. She was excellent for him and for me. I usually don’t want to talk during a massage but we talked now and then and I enjoyed it. Plus she asked questions about my lifestyle as it related to stress and sitting position. She walked behind me and assessed me pre-massage, then told me I walk with my shoulders stiffened up. Very cool that she did that! She is interested in a customers overall well being and she gave me general advice about how to prep for a physical therapy appointment I had the next day. Her pressure was great and she really worked on my problem areas. I find it disappointing that she is the only female therapist there said to do deep tissue. My husband is a member and it has been inconvenient to wait to book Desirae - but we found out she is worth the wait!

I am very satisfied with my massage and therapist. I do think the “add ons” are too high priced. Although o really do enjoy the add on services, often it is not made clear I am going to be charged for them.

The entire establishment was clean and relaxing. Everything was just fine when I walked in. Then I went back and met Wyatt and that is when the magic happened! He explained everything and asked great questions. He ensured I was comfortable and went to work. He advised me how to properly breath to work through my troubled areas. He was sure to educate me on what to expect in the next 24 hours and what to do to ensure I was getting the full benefit of my visit!

I’ve been satisfied by the knowledge and friendliness of the receptionist. If there has been any discrepancy management has been swift to resolve. The various masseuses have been splendid and accommodated my requests with absolute professionalism.
