Knowledgeable staff; very customer oriented and great ambiance

The reception staff, from my phone call to book through checking out after my appointment were fantastic. Liz, my masseuse, was very attentive to my requests and did a great job making me feel relaxed and lessening my aches/ pains.

Therapist was very thorough. She didn’t skimp on any particular area and asked several times if the pressure was fine. I added the peppermint scalp massage, but still felt enough time was given during the massage portion of my visit.

It was very welcoming. The pressure was perfect. I was very relaxed.

Loved the therapist, she was wonderful. Only inconvenience was my appointment was cancelled last minute for 9am and rescheduled to 11:30 forcing me to extend paying a babysitter. But things happen I guess!

Jacob is amazing. He really ensures that my painful areas are worked on. He applies the right pressure, and if he hears me wince from the pain he doesn't push as hard. Once he has worked on other areas, he goes back and works on the areas that are tender. Also, he takes the cue if I don't really want to talk. He is awesome.

Aubrie is an awesome therapist at Hand & Stone Gilbert location. She is very professional and friendly (puts you at ease). She does an amazing job - love her! Hand & Stone has a "no pressure" sales process and is always clean & inviting, which I appreciate and respect. It makes the whole process very comfortable. Thanks!
