The massage therapist was good communicator. The attention to what I listed on form was followed. The pressure of massage was perfect, an no slipping when following through on stroke.

The staff was very friendly. It was a very clean place. The staff was very knowledgeable.

I was very happy with Ann. The only thing is how the upgrades work with the package a little confusing.

I thought Aubrie did a great job with the right amount of pressure and she addressed my issues. She also checked to make sure the pressure was OK or if she needed to adjust. She also gave me tips for stretches I could do to help relieve my tight muscles.

Jacob and my esthetician were knowledgeable, personable and I didn’t want my time to end. My skin feels amazing! I cannot get enough compliments on my skin and I’m feeling great physically! Thank you

Desiree and all of the staff were very knowledgable and helpful in suggestions of facial needed and products that would be helpful. I always appreciate the honesty in what I need and don't need. My only disappointment is the use of the self booking tool and not being able to view my own account. I also would greatly appreciate an itemized receipt as I usually purchase more than one thing and would like to be able to see the exact price. Other than that I am very satisfied with my experience at the Hand and Stone in Gilbert.

Isabell was amazing. I loved the sea salt massage and also the facial with the ice cube Himalayan sea salt. Best massage I’ve ever had.

Friendly, courteous staff all around. Would recommend, but am visiting and do t know many people in the area
