My massage and facial was amazing. I immediately quit my elements massage and started my membership with you guys.

The staff is always very friendly and check in even recognized me and knew my name! Felicia did my facial and she is so calm and caring it really makes for a nice experience. I like that the entire staff knows the products and is willing to share their knowledge with out being pushy as often I don't need to buy any but have questions for future purchases. All in all I have had really great experiences at the Hand and Stone in Gilbert AZ.

Receptionist was helpful and offered options to my question. Massage Therapist did a fantastic job with the pressure and my shoulder pain. Everyone was very welcoming.

Ari (sp?) is an amazing receptionist! Very personable and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the services you provide. Tonya (therapist) was absolutely incredible! She is my go-to therapist from now on!

Cindy is very professional. She makes sure to spend extra time on the parts of my body that I say are hurting. She made sure to take out the eucalyptus/ mint oil after I said it was not a favorite smell. Cindy even asked if I wanted to move to a different room because she had used it on a client in the previous session. The front end reception area is always clean and all the staff is very welcoming.
