On both occasions that I have visited Hand and Stone, the receptionists were very kind and helpful. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and applied the right pressure. The facility had a great ambience.

I have been a member for years, we have been members in awahtukee, we really liked it until the business was sold and it had become very impersonal. I was thinking of canceling my membership, I tried a different location and didn’t like it at all! I should mention, we moved to the east valley, after this experience we are sold again. You are doing a great job, everyone at that location were impressive. I will say that what I don’t like is being able to give my extra massages to my family members as they sometimes get stacked up. I wish you could change that.
