Awesome staff! reception area was very clean and inviting. My massage was the best I’ve ever had. I loved that the tip envelope was in the room and I was able to hand it to him personally. I also thought the warm towel after my appointment was awesome! And the coconut water was a nice touch!

Excellent service from the first moment! The receptionists were welcoming, peacefully joyful, brought me water and as i was browsing the lobby they answered questions with knowledge. I did not wait but a few moments until my amazingly gifted therapist, Yulie, called me back, discussed my particulars with extensive knowledge. The room itself was perfect. I had the Himalayan Stone Massage, with peppermint oil which Yulie is an expert at. It was the BEST massage ever. She is a pro and has my deep gratitude for making it possible for me to move without pain. Looking forward to my next one!

Always excellent service beginning with the first call to schedule. Receptionist paired me well, therapist was excellent. It took a few minutes to check me in, which caused my massage to be shorter.

My experience with the new Gilbert Hand and Stone Spa location and Felicia as my statistician was excellent. My favorite parts of my experience were the atmosphere in general, private rooms, relaxing music and the upgrade options. I have had massages at a number of places prior to my first visit here and because I felt so comfortable with Felicia, I opted for signing up for a membership and can't wait for my next appointment and to try other options!

I was very pleased with how the owner greeted me and spoke to me. She was interested in getting to know who I was and how I knew about them. She seems very pleasant and when the leader is pleasant the followers which are her employees will doc the same. The facial artist Felicia Bailey was very pleasant soft spoken and knowledgeable if her products. When I was done the front desk receptionist complimented me on my skin. It was a range of compliments and the environment was filled with love and happiness... Because of this I started my membership and am very excited to come back! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

My massage therapist (Jennifer) was very nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She made sure I was getting the massage I wanted. The atmosphere was very relaxing and I enjoyed the waiting area— it has a water feature and an appealing display of products. The products for sale are cruelty free and paraban free, which is very important to me. Definitely recommend and will be back.
