Hand and Stone

I was very impressed with the massage. I want to try massage as a source to help me continue on with my life because I have been very dissatisfied with results I have gotten from the medical profession. In fact, I have decided to not pursue medical remedies any more. So I am looking forward to my next appointment on 02/06/18. I was sore from the first massage but it was a good sore.

I have a place I go to for facials.

The receptionist overcharged my card. She did not provide a receipt. I sent a message about the charge because I didn’t see it until after I checked my account and it has not been resolved. I was over charged by over $30

My only concern was the past two appointments, have started late and ended early. Two appointments ago, It started 15 minutes late. I would like to have all my time paid for.

My appointment started about 18 minutes late. I was taken back about 10 minutes after my start time, then a few minutes to discuss my goals for this visit, then my therapist had to use the restroom. It’s no problem if I start late but, I expected to make up the time. I was essentially shorted about 18 minutes. I feel this was maybe a one off but if it keeps happening, I make take my business elsewhere.

I was overcharged for hot stone. I only had hot stones on my back. I was charged for full body. I explained I was being overcharged and she asked another receptionist and they both agreed that it was $25 just for my just my back. I paid it. I’m still waiting for my refund

I just didn't see any difference at all with my skin. This is the second time for not seeing a difference, had different aestheticians. I went to a competitor and saw a big difference in my skin.

Was surprised to be asked to add a gratuity when I checked in. Tips are not predetermined; they are based on quality of service. Good service means a good tip. Not even having met the staff made me uncomfortable, especially when other customers were present.

The massage was fine, my upper neck has been aching since the massage, I have NEVER experienced post massage pain and ache
