Front desk staff change so much that it is a constant new person learning. Lead esthetician applies too much force during facial and spent too much time trying to upsell products and services

My message therapist was wonderful! It was my first time I was satisfied with the services provided.

My aesthetician is great and makes me feel comfortable. After my facial I overheard the manager berating her in the reception area about the upgrade that was added during my session. I couldn’t hear all the conversation but I heard enough to feel uncomfortable. I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism of the manager. This conversation should not have taken place in a public area.

Actually all of the therapists were lovely... Some talked a little more than others. Some were relaxing therapists and some were therapeutic... So I can't really complain about anything regarding the therapists. They were all wonderful.

Desk staff often very busy. Could use 1 more person at check in.

I had a male therapist and he was very good but a lot of my trouble is in the glutes area and hamstring area and I didn’t feel he gave that enough attention.

I used to see Romi and she was the best in my opinion however I understand people move on . I now see Kylie and she is wonderful. She understands what I need done for my existing pain in my back and shoulders . Overall I appreciate the service

Massage therapist was really good just wasnt very personable-completed the task requested which I guess is all that is required of him, i dont know. He never asked me if the pressure was good. He has a strong pressure which is fine and I am one that will speak up if needed but found it interesting he didnt even ask.
