I think the time being only 50 min is crazy for the price . Plus they really only massaged for 45 min by the time they start

It is hard to book a 90 minute massage online. When I get the "call center" they do not know the schedule of all locations.

The only negative experience I've had is not having the upsell fully communicated in my visits. I am rarely looking for an upsell (options outside my membership coverage) and have found myself paying for one a couple of times now, post-facto, without it being clearly communicated (what is and what is not covered by my membership) prior to the additional cost being generated. These are simply situations where, although I appreciate the value, I would simply pass on the option if I knew ahead it was not covered by my membership. But, I am more careful to ask now so it has not been a problem as of late. Thank you.

As a massage it was just fine price and quality. I have had better but at a higher price. Quality versus price is very good and I use your service in AZ and MN.

There are often problems with billing and recurring payments that are processed multiple times.

The only thing is I called last Monday multiple times throughout the day and no one answered. I left a VM but no one got back to me. Other than that my experience has been amazing! Wyaat is great
