Firstly, Chastity was awesome. She was friendly, made me feel very comfortable, and was very knowledgeable. My dissatisfaction was with the overall “corporate” expectation. I felt like the whole appointment was used to be a sales pitch. I’ve had facials done at other locations where I left feeling super relaxed and genuinely curious about the products. If I want to know, I will ask. If I want to be sold, I’ll go to a retail store. I would suggest letting your staff connect with their clients in a more genuine setting and reduce the expectations around selling product.

The receptionist had her knees up and was spinning in her chair upon check in. The therapists came out to the lobby a few minutes after my appt time .

Overall, I love every appointment and LOVE my massage therapist — however, at my most recent appointment when I was checking out I used a membership credit plus a gift card — the receptionist swiped my gift card and said it took care of the balance due. She did not however check to see what was left on the gift card and instead disposed of it/kept it behind the counter. I left thinking that couldn’t be right that there was $0 left on the $100 gift card, so I called back and explained the situation — sure enough, there was $45 left on my gift card that the receptionist had kept and/or disposed of. I returned to the location later that day and received my gift card, but it’s concerning that the receptionist either didn’t think to check the balance or knew it had a balance and kept it.

Felt rushed once inside the treatment room. Treated like I was in a hurry. No greeting. Arrived on time, immediately given more paperwork to fill out after filling out paperwork online. What was the point?

Receptionists both taking care of one guest. I was almost late checking in. Unaware which guest was next in line and skipped others that had been there.

My review overall is high! The receptionist are tough, but it's hard to find good help these days. Options for massage oil would be nice. Like unscented/sensitive skin stuff

My prenatal massage was scheduled for 1pm. I was not called back until 1:10. After talk and getting on the table the massage began at 1:13 and was completely over at 1:53. Highly disappointed when it was advertise 1 hour massage. 45 minutes? Also, I asked for a full body and the massage was very focused on my shoulders and upper back. I addressed my lower back and hips which my hips were never a focus. My legs were from the calf down. I won't be returning for a prenatal massage.
