I've had this therapist before, and she was good. Not sure if it was an off-night for her or what, but she did not even touch one of the 3 areas I asked to have addressed (hips) and seemed generally displeased that she had to do a massage. They asked if I could come in earlier, but unfortunately I could not, due to work commitments. I'm not sure if that was a contributing factor. I have another appointment that was already booked with this therapist, now I'm thinking of changing it.

Some locations of my body were not worked on. I asked for full body but I probably should have mentioned that includes arms and legs too

Front desk girl (in her early 20s) called me “love” which I found disrespectful. My paperwork is in front of her, I have a name. Calling strangers “hun”, “love”, “sweetie”, etc are not cute. I’m not a 60 year old grandma but I am young thirty something and a corporate executive who found her behavior very offputting and disrespectful. It wasn’t professional and it didn’t present the business as professional. Hope she conducted herself made me question the integrity of what the rest of the experience would be. Luckily the therapist I saw was very professional and respectful. I highly recommend doing some basic customer service training with the front staff.

Booked a hot stone massage and they forgot the stones, only received a regular massage. Brought it to the attention of the reception staff and the bill was adjusted as to only charge me for the regular massage. Staff apologized and said “I knew I should have reminded her about the hot stones.”

The music was annoying didn’t allow me to relax the way I would have liked too! I told my therapist but I should have reported it to the front desk. Mike didn’t seem to have any way to improve the music.

I was highly satisfied with my specific experience, however my husband (We were meant to do a couples massage but we were double booked) did not enjoy his experience. The gentleman used a massage gun, and didn't give the right pressure even after my husband asked for more. He didn't give all information to my husband, and expected him to know what to do. He wasn't thorough in his massage, and only worked certain areas without giving full attention to his whole experience. The areas he worked were not even the areas my husband expressed concerns about.

It was really cold in the room so I couldn’t relax. I was freezing.
