Asked therapist to do both upper and lower body but to prioritize lower. Spent 45 minutes on back of legs. Never touched the front of my legs. Didn’t rest of time lightly tapping my temples in my head??

Did not feel as if the therapist gave me what I wanted/ needed. She was very nice just need someone different if I return.

I was told the price on the phone and then had two massages at the same time. Asked if I wanted in a couples room and I said sure. She didn’t mentioned it was $10 more per person so $20 until time to pay where I wasn’t going to complain in front of my fiancé who was there with me. Pressure was very light for requesting medium pressure and knots in back not addressed. It was relaxing but just that. They didn’t offer addons like the aromatherapy my fiancé wanted.

The receptionist that I bought the gift card from did not explain that I would have to pay the retail price of the massage which was over $100.00. I thought I would be paying the member pricing of 69.95 with the gift card and it was not explained that I would have to pay a different price for the massage when using the card. More explanation should have gone into how much the actual massage would cost before I purchased the two gift cards.

Asked for full body massage, did not touch my thighs, buttocks, head, face or feet. Spent a lot of time massaging bone.

I booked my appt online however it was not registered with my account which accounted for a very long check out process.

The receptionists were not very friendly. I found it quite strange actually, they almost seemed annoyed. I don’t think I’ve ever had this problem before but it definitely stood out to me this time around.

Other providers offer a less clinical environment for a more relaxing experience.

Appointment started late and ended early....not even on time. I did not get the full time for the massage.
