I guess there was an issue with my account (I’m not a member). Instead of putting me at ease, the receptionist made me feel like it was my fault that an account I have no control over, wasn’t set up properly. She made me very uncomfortable when I told her we were buying a house so I couldn’t set up a membership yet. When she asked if I wanted to schedule my next appt, I said I couldn’t due to our closing date being moved up. She made a face and rolled her eyes. I LOVE Angela and am happy I found her but I’m not really sure if I want to go back. What’s worse is I was using the balance on my gift card I got for Mother’s Day from my daughters.

Between check in and check out, did not get a full 60 minute massage. Other places I have been to set the timing as 80 minutes which builds in the check in/check out timing. Based on this, I should have scheduled a 90 minute massage to get a little over 60 minutes.

The massage therapist could have been more accommodating and friendly. The bed did not have a warmer (which I requested) and I was not moved to another room.

I understand the front desk staff can only do so much however, I was gifted a 3 month membership at Christmas. Never was there anything in there about having to use within a certain timeframe. Upon check in I was informed I did not have any services, when I tried to explain and get them reinstated I was told they would have to talk to a manager which was not available. By the time my service was over the issue had been resolved. My issue is the two times I have been there you have front desk staff who can do no more than check people in and out. I have overheard other issues with clients and the standard answer is I will have to call my manager.

I really loved my experience but my areas of concern were not worked on as long or with as much pressure as needed and asked. There were times of constant light effleurage and I scheduled a deep tissue massage. I have severe need for work to be done between scapula, neck and low back due to my job and I just don’t feel that it was as beneficial as it could have been. It was great and relaxing but not the therapy I truly needed out of the appointment. Great great people! I will be back to try another therapist 💛

The waiting area was very cold.. Some places ask for mysic preference. Without club membership, price is steep.

The receptionists rudeness put me on the defense and I took it in the room and just couldn't let go of her behavior and the way in which she turned me away before working with me. My husband ended up calling management and getting them involved to remedy the situation. It should have been a calming, stress free time.
