The room was cold. My therapist covered me with an extra blanket and turned on the bed warmer, which helped, but her hands were freezing during the entire 50 minute massage. And, every time she used more oil, it was also cold because of the room temperature. This made it more difficult to relax and enjoy the massage. I definitely do not fault the therapist, it was purely a room temperature issue.

It was fine, nothing over the top, very similar to other spas in the area.

Sydney at the front desk as amazing and helpful at checkout and explaining the membership. Shawna was a wonderful massage therapist and help with the knots in my neck and shoulders.

I would feel more comfortable with thicker sheet covering me during massage. I prefer longer than 50 minute massage.

I talked to the receptionist about cancelling my membership. She advised me that her manager was the only one who can. I didn't know about the freezing option, until i got a phone call a few days later.

The experience was not as comfortable as it has been in the past. I understand this may be related to covid 19 but a sheet wasn't enough to keep me comfortable in my state of undress and in air conditioning. The facility and masseuse were both very good.
