My only concern was that my therapist was not wearing a mask, I assumed since distance is not an option that wearing a mask would be a requirement since they are so close to the clients.

I was not used to the pressure the massage therapist was using. Should have asked for a light pressure from the beginning. By the time I said something, I was sore.

As always the staff are friendly and accomodating the massages are good. What I do not like about the 1 hour subscription is that you are not allowed to split the hour, example I would like to have 2 - 90 minute massages instead of 3 - 1 hour sessions. You have to use 2 hours but you are offerred additional services, which is not my preference. Also why the steep upcharge for CBD oil? It is not that expensive.

It was the second time the front desk was not able to explain the payments from prior visits as well as that day’s visit. Massages & facial have been excellent but a hassle checking out..

Front desk always has an issue when I am there! The lady seems to be unfamiliar with the systems. I waited along with 3 others for over 12 minutes to check out. The lady finally said she was having computer issues and that she would charge our account since all 3 of us had memberships. Finally left.

I feel that my massage was not a full hour. By the time I was brought back and changed to ending 7 minutes early.
