Hand and Stone

I did not like leaving my credit card just to hold the appointment. There was a problem with the salt stones used. Front girl was not very informative. Massage was fine.

I wasn't able to get an appointment during the weekend when trying to schedule on a Thursday, however, I tried to get it scheduled on Tuesday. There was no contact after leaving a message at 1030 am, I called again Thursday and took the Monday booking with a female therapist available. Overall the only draw back is a lack of return phone call and female therapists. I think the high quality of theraputic services create the problems I experienced. I would much rather see logistical problems than poor therapy sessions so overall it's with the wait and minor "headaches" I went through to get scheduled!

I’m still getting to know this place.

Overall my services were nice. My skin felt hydrated and clean. The issues that I experienced was that I received a gift card for the spa finder. I was told at check out that I would have to pay full price for my service (instead I’d the introductory price) since I as using the GC. That made no sense at all to me-I then told the receptionist that I would not use my gift card and I would just pay since I would be losing $50 due to there rule. She then said that she like make an exception since she already redeemed the gift card. Again, the policy makes no sense when hand and stone would be redeeming the gift card for the full value. Also, if hand and stone do not want to hassle with the gift card then do not accept them instead of cheating consumers out of there money or their introductory price...

My treatment helped me understand and resolve my issues with my skin and a way forward to continue to improve with my current product regime without trying to sell me something new.

For some reason he thought I was having a maternity massage so that’s how the table was set up. It was quite awkward. Also he does an amazing job but has somewhat of a body odor.

I know this sounds terrible but my boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage and the lady that massaged him was very strange. Just her whole appearance in the way she carried herself and topped with in a creepy matter I know this sounds absolutely horrible but I felt uncomfortable and I don't think you could relax very well

I usually don’t give a highly satisfied review anywhere. But I really did enjoy the treatment and the price and the facility. I would recommend it to others.

Aromatherapy was not satisfying. Was not in a diffuser, was not what I expected.

I enjoy all the employees. They really make you feel special. The facial is the best
