Hand and Stone

It seems each Hand and Stone has different policies. One will let me transfer a credit to a gift card for an extra fee; another tells me it isn’t possible. I know they are franchised but this seems like a routine, normal task. I also wish that when a therapist I’ve been seeing for awhile leaves, I am notified. It’s disappointing when I go to schedule with a therapist in mind and they are gone. The turnover seems high in some locations.

I PAY MONTHLY A FEE AND HAVE SEVERAL FEES BUILT UP BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THEM ON ANYTHING ELSE BUT A FACIAL OR MASSAGE. IF I WANT SOMETHING ELSE THERE IS ALWAYS AN EXTRA FEE. YOU ALREADY HAVE MONEY I MY ACCOUNT WHY CANT I USE THAT MONEY?

I received an email with a price amount, but apparently didn't read it well enough. it was for introductory offers and since I had already been there once, the $ amount of the special didn't apply. If I am not eligible for the price then you shouldn't be sending me an introductory offer in my email.

The incoming receptionist Ari was awesome! She’s always Happy, acknowledges, & accommodates. However, ever other receptionist we have dealt w/(3 others) have no expression & look upset. I didn’t even get a goodbye or even felt like I member when I left. Was just told my bill & handed my card back! So much for membership... masseuse & esthetician were both excellent & knowledgable, however the exiting receptionist totally ruined my day when I left. I will complain to management when I go for my next schedule appointment. 3rd time! All different receptionists w/ no knowledge & no expressions. Ari is honestly the only front receptionist I like to deal w/ along w/ my masseuse Kevin.

My massage therapist was very good. My facial appt started late, finished almost 10 minutes prior to the end of my appt, I did not get steam nor did she tell me about my face until I had to ask. She never asked any questions about me I asked all the questions about her.

I called to make an appointment and asked if I could bring someone to share my services I was told yes.....a couple of days later I went to the spa to book my appointments and asked again I was told yes I asked if I should bring anything was told no it's all taken care of since I have so many.....after the services I was charged $20 talking about transfer of services....I asked about it and the person had a nasty attitude and talked about me to the other staff members while I was sitting right there in front of them.....I called and went to the spa to make the appointment and was not informed of the $20 until after the services were completed so why was that not mentioned either time not even when we checked in...........Also why do they make it seem like you have to pay gratuity ......if I'm doing it I will do it on my own don't ask me like I'm supposed to I'm paying a membership I take care of who ever is doing my services....I don't need the staff to tell me that if I don't pay gratuity they will put it on my card.......I am seriously thinking about canceling my membership and put this all on Facebook

I like it it is very convenient. The place is very professional it just your message people do not have the experience that I am use too

They way she did my neck stretches was a little awkward. It didn’t feel bad, it was just a little weird and didn’t really do anything for me.

One therapist left company so had to reschedule at a time later than desired. Not fault of company's, just didn't fit my schedule as wanted/desired.

I schedule the same Masseuse each time on line.and when I check in they try and change it from Delia to guy or another masseuse. And then tell me I booked a different person even though my confirmation shows Delia as the masseuse
