My appointment was at 3 and I got in a little after. I wanted a sooner appointment. I was scheduled with a male and he stretched me during my massage which I was different for me I’ve never had that done not my favorite.

Still had problems in focus area but don't think it is because therapist didn't work on area. Compared to some therapist I have had at H&S previous more was done in the past. However, each therapist has a different approach.

I was told on my last visit that if I wanted a visit in 2 weeks it would be an additional $59.95. I said but my regular visits are $49.95. She said that was the cost AND the cost of services after November will go up to $59.95 per month. Being in sales myself, I don’t think the company should raise the prices for regular monthly customers. I know it’s not a lot more, but it is more the principal. I love my therapist, but I don’t think this is they way you should treat good customers. I leave a $20 tip each time because I really appreciate my therapist and I think the company should appreciate their customers by keeping the same rate they originally signed up for. I don’t remember them telling me it would increase after 6 mos.

Wish would have spent little more time on neck and shoulder-that was what I had asked for instead of lower back neck and shoulder

Loved the hot stone. Massage therapist communicated what she would be doing and let me relax during the massage.

Would like to keep the lower monthly prices going. Not a fan that price gets bumped up after a few months.

When I signed up for the membership they didn’t tell me that I would need to schedule my first visit after my first billing on the 2nd of the month. I had to pay for my service on the 19th which they should have explained on the phone when making the appt or when I checked in. I don’t think this is a good way to start a relationship as I do want to come monthly for a massage. They explained that I would need to give a 30 day notice to cancel the membership so I don’t think the other should apply. My massage was very good and I really enjoyed the rest of my experience.
