I was satisfied with my massage. She did a great job. She did less pressure when I asked and have great suggestions on what to do on the next appt based on what I need.

It was my first time to this location. I had a facial. It was more of a facial massage. She spent way too much time doing a facial massage than actually doing a facial. I've never had a facial like that before. I will be back, but I will be requesting a different tech.

I received a copon for a free facial. I showed the front desk my coupon. I have never had a facial before. The lady was great. I get to front desk, Suzan chatged me 49$ for facial. It was suppose to of been free. She discounted to 24$ which is not free. The facial should have been Nuface facial, but I wasn't familiar with any particular facials. Not happy that I had to pay when it wasn't my fault. If I hadn't of joined prior, I probably would not have. I also had added a membership for my husband.

Sales girl mentioned I could share my monthly massage with my wife. I had I have a husband, and she replied “whatever”....husband or wife...very flipent, rude and disrespectful...to say the least. I almost didn’t sign up.

The Massage is only 50 minutes as opposed to the normal 60
