I came in looking for one item, (charms that I found out weren't made by Padora but by a different company. The sales associate helped me pick out items that I know my wife will absolutely love.

The employee was very kind and friendly. She tried to find every article I asked, even though another employee said it was not available. They manage very well the amount of people that were interested in entering de store.

The staff is very friendly. The store is neat and clean. The staff know how different ways to satisfy clients.

The service received was courteous and respectful. The proper protection guidelines were observed. Loved the display of the merchandise.
