Went to the Pandora store located at Plaza Las Americas, San Juan, PR to exchange a bracelet that I purchased online. The staff and manager where super courteous and friendly. Definitely had a wonderful experience!

La empleada se portó súper conmigo. Contestó todas mis dudas y preguntas, y me tuvo mucha paciencia. Me encanto como me trato y como me hablo. A pesar q había mucha gente haciendo fila afuera para entrar, la empleada me atendió con mucha calma. Y eso me gusta!!!
