Me encanta la tienda en plaza las americas. Super satisfecha con el personal en especial con la chica que nos atendió, Karmarie. Muy amable y paciente pues le decíamos que quería y ella tenía un gran conocimiento.

The store was packed as they always are, yet it was pleasant and easy to navigate the store, the sales reps all looked great with matching pink vest but the best matching thing they all had was a big polite smile fro all guest. The illumination in the store was fantastic as well, making it a corner location also makes it great. A+

Fui como parte de mi regalo de cumpleaños a buscar el nuevo collar curb chain y lo encontré. Encontré el charm de hojas que quería. Como regalo me pude beneficiar de la promoción del brazalete gratis y pude escoger entre una gran variedad mi favorita!

As soon I enter there's a sales person available for me I ask her about earring and she knew what I was looking for, w as great! She found the earring very easily and she told me about other offers...and I Plan to be back next week..hope I found her again

Soon as I entered the store I was greeted and helped told about everything that was offer and what was on sale felt important and at ease
