The service was quick and the person attending my request was pleasant. Though I noticed she was not very helpful in showing me different suggestions of what charm I could buy for a male. (my son). He has a leather wrist band and already has one charm of Mickey and Minnie in a car and I needed to know what other charms would be appropriate for him. She said there were not many suggestions she could say. She mentioned a ball that has the world and I ask if she had something with the birthstone and she showed me a charm. I decided to look around the store to see if there were other charms and I found the white glove hand that Mickey uses and I opted to buy this charm. The employee was not very helpful in this aspect. I looked for myself.
