Was satisfied with everything , except they didn't have 2 of the pieces I was looking for , but everything else was great , very nice

Because I had to wait an amount of time in front of the store waiting until someone decided to assist me, while there were only one customer inside the store and like 5 employees talking between them. The host tried to call of them and they told her, not very friendly, to wait cuz they were doing something. I only saw them leaning on the table and talking. So I had to wait unnecessarily

El tiempo de espera en la fila y no habia Mucha variedad

Se le debe dar prioridad al personal de la salud.Tener más variedad en la mercancía y un poco más de medidas de precaución en la entrada.

I like the organization, the products and services overall.

La mercancía hay que pedirla, había muchas empleadas, no hay cosas a la vista para decidir. Fui por que sabía lo que quería. La persona nunca me miró a la cara.

I had a birthday reward but was unable to use it in store. I was told I could use it online only. The reward didn’t clearly indicate that in my Email.

Siempre tenemos áreas para mejorar, tiendas muy pequeñas, personal fue muy amable pero cuando quise cambiar de opinión no sacó la mercancía q le estaba pidiendo y solo me dio la revista y eso no me agrado.
