Me agrado el trato de la empleada.

No tuve problemas con la tienda ni mercancia pero si la atencion de la dama que me asistio ya que no fue servicial. No me ofrecio alternativas de prendas u ofertas. Tampoco me ofrecio material de limpieza para las prendas.

El inventario disponible no era tanto, en la compra no me proveyeron la bolsita para guardar las pulseras, solo dos cajitas. Compre varios artículos.

Some of the prices online do not match the prices at the store, this is very disapponting to pay more for the same thing. Also i was looking for a specific charm the emplooyee kept saying it was not there. Until i told her could she please check once more, and she found one.

The merchandise I was looking for was at the store but it was not found until I saw it in a catalog The people working at the store do not know well where the merchandise are I expected to be offered more options

The thing is, i think the prives are a bit high. For something that fades relatively quickly. Is not the first time i buy from u guys so i know that they fade even though u take care really good care of em.

Because waiting one hour or more for can inside to the store.

I came with my partner who was suppose to help me pick a birthday gift for my mom but he wasn’t able to come inside with me .

Some sales associates were not very friendly. I know we are in difficult times but they can make an effort. The sales associate that I ended up with she was very nice and helpful.
