Well, I first purchased my Tree Family Bracelet online and after I payed my order was cancelled. That happen to me twice !! But I figured out that the error was mine because I had to call Customer Service.

I was looking for a ring from an older colection and the sales person knew what ring i wanted but never told me how i can buy the ring

It’s not the stores fault. The wait time was ridiculously long due to COVID-19 safety measures and after standing in line for over an hour they didn’t have the earrings I was going for.

The sales people there were rude and instead of helping customers to shorten the line outside the store they were talking to each other and having a full conversation...it’s a workplace, not a get together
