Nada es perfecto, pero estoy satisfecha con el trato en la tienda, la limpieza, la atención de los empleados. El trato y la ayuda para poder cambiar la sortija por un tamaño más pequeño, sin cambiar el estilo de la sortija fue maravilloso. El querer complacer y ofrecer alternativas para combinar con lo ya comprado, es lo que motiva a regresar próximamente, para adquirir los mismos.

The selection was very poor according to the ring sizes. You couldn’t browse the little store well either. However, the people were very nice and professional

Completamente satisfecha

I was standing next to my daughter while she was looking at items either the salesgirl. The girl/hostess that was at the entrance was controlling access to the store, to avoid crowding and maintain social distance. Once a client left the store, the next client was let in. That client, seeing that I’m standing next to my daughter and that I’ve been there since before she arrived, decided to stand right next to me. I decided to move. I’m 6 feet, 175 lbs. and I’m not going to tell a 5 foot 2 inch woman with her daughter to move, guys normally wind up on the wrong side of that situación. It would be nice if there are marked spots for standing and maybe even the salesgirl that attends the person to remind her client to maintain distance between themselves and others. I’m not putting this on PANDORA or this store, people are just uncooperative at times, I understand.

There was a low energy in the store and there was no music (as sled in a previous question). Maybe it was the time I entered (during the evening). Bit the associate that was assisting us was very friendly and upbeat.
