This is my second visit to this Pandora store located in Plaza las Americas san juan PR. And boths visits they did not had the piece I wanted. First time I leave the store to another Pandora store (mall of san juan) and I was able to get the items I was looking for. Today happened the same, and I had to change my mind and buy another item istead of the one I wanted.

Como que lyaluan P vendedora quiso atenderme rápido queria otra mercancia y me cobro rapido,a pesar que ya en marzo realice una buena compra y me trataron excelente

Associate was assisting me was rude. There was another associate next to her just gossiping about personal things. So everytime I would ask for assistance I needed for them to finish talking or they would get annoyed.

Customer service needs to be better that’s all but she did helped me

Came to store guaranty con a bracelet lock and the manager was giving me. Lot of excuses. They say the clean service is not more available

The sale young lady was not eager to help to her it was sale or not sale . She did not make a great effort to show the product or another one The placement of the tissue paper or box took forever it was all over not in one spot .

New sales associate and inexperienced. Packed the gift awfully.

Lack of Variaty , limited , was looking for and initial neck charm( first letter of a name) very poor choices, well just one and it was Ugly!
