The sales associate was very friendly and helped me with the item that I wanted but she kept trying to pitch me the Pandora credit card and items other than the one I wanted. I’m sure that’s part of store policy so it’s not her fault, but it was very annoying. If I want a Pandora credit card I’ll get one. I just want to go in a store and purchase what I was there for, not get constantly told to get other things.

Nobody greeted me and nobody paid attention to assist me. The store was empty with plenty of employees and the all chose to completely ignore my presence. I had to call on one of them to help me out and complete my purchase. I got the feeling they ignored me because of the way i looked and assumed i wouldnt buy..

I expected more sympathy from the person who assisted me, who would ask me questions about my garments interests in order to recommend me and not simply perform the service and that's it.

I'm not satisfied. Because I made a purchase of a bracelet online in July and it was already broke. I went to change it under warranty and they did not allow me to change it for a different bracelet since I do not trust the same bracelet that broke. I wanted to change it for another model because I fear it will break again. and the employee told me that she could not change for another model that she could only change for herself.

Las vendedoras no tenían ánimo de vender no sonreían y la asistente a pesar de no haber empleados no nos atendió no querían mostrar mucho a pesar q dijimos q éramos varios hijos y era una pulsera para nuestra mamá

I was looking at the front rings after they called in some customers and then told me i couldn't do that, that u had to stay back in the line. (mind you i was the next client to be called) then while i was waiting in line they told me i could come in and walk around inside the store to look around which didn't make any sense since they had just scolded me for looking inside.

1. La tienda es incómoda y pequeña 2. La prisa en atender, la prioridad es vender, cuando debe ser en el servicio y dedicación al cliente. 3. No muchas opciones en sortijas grande.
