The merchandise I was looking for wasn’t available, the sale associates wasn’t able to help and the manager of the store took too long to resolve my problem

The employee who attended me apparently was not in a good mood. Every time I asked her for an article she was not interested in showing me the different varieties. She just told me that what she was wearing was what they had in store. The employee definitely had zero desire to make a sale and what a shame because I was determinate to make a big purchase.

La persona que me atendió no fue del todo amable. Su comportamiento fue grosero y poco profesional. Lo que hizo que mi visita a la tienda fuera para nada agradable.

The sales personal is not so friendly. We were assigned to someone when we get into the store, and that sales person showed disappointment on the face after we expressed we just want to look around. Later when we want to try some products on, we need to find another sales person since the previous one went to serving someone else. The new sales person is not patient and looks like not so willing to serve us.

Asked for a charm from the Harry Potter collection and it wasnt available. Also I asked for a specific bracelet, the leather one in pink and wasnt available. Another think that I disliked was the fact that as soon as I commented it was an exchange she asked me if I has purchased the articles in that specific store and I went with gift reciept. I believe that shouldnt be inportant.

Overpriced products. Waiting time for being attended unacceptable.

The person who attended me was very passive. The only problem was the fact that I told her my budget and she responded negatively, and I felt ofended by her expression.
