I was more disappointed with my sales' associate not really understanding the merchandise. I had wanted a particular item but I wanted it to lay flat and the associate assured me it would. I returned the item when I realized it wouldn't work. The return was fine but i had to go back and waste time for something the associate should have known would not function as I had wanted

Besides leaving a pair of earrings for repair i went for cleaning my bracelets or to polish. Associate took out my clips on bracelets and didnt take em in for polish because the ale 925 wasn't visible when all my Pandora is original and i have bought everything from this store.

If I have to return will only do so if Miguel, Dalysbeth and Gerlain were working. Miguel deserves my praises based on respectfulness, product knowledge and suggestions not based on expensiveness. He truly suggested elegant pieces regardless of their prices and were clearly within the things I liked. Miguel takes the time to ask favorite colors, gems, and style. He proceeds to showcase new collection/arrivals and things I may like based on his interest in knowing his clientele. I will recommend him to all my relatives and friends.

During my visit at Pandora-Plaza Las Americas, San Juan, the availability of helpful sales associates were limited. A sales associate cashing left that post to assist me as the sales associate at the counter ignored me and did not offer me service and in fact assisted another customer behind of me.

La mercancía no estaba disponible. La vendedora insistía en mercancía que no era de mi agrada y no buscaba opciones diferentes al que ella me presentaba. De no haber sido porque necesitaba con urgencia el regalo, me hubiera ido sin comprar.

He comprado demasiados artículos de Pandora para uso personal y para regalos, y nunca y recibido nada con ningunas de mis compras. Me gusta mucho la calidad y todo, pero también a veces molesta!

La persona que me atendió no tenía interés en servir bien al cliente. Siempre que he ido a Pandora me tratan con amabilidad y me ayudan con lo que solicito en esta ocasión no paso así.

Llegué a la tienda y estaban atendiendo otros clientes. Empiezan a llegar clientes y la muchacha me indica que ellos llegaron primero que yo, seré invisible tal vez. Cómo quiera compré algo porque tenía que tener un regalo.
