There was a bracelet promotion and apparently the store ran out of product. However I heard an associate offer to a customer.

La empleada no me dijo que si añadía un artículo mas en mi compra recibiría los 6 meses sin intereses y solo me faltaba $23.00 para recibir ese beneficio además luego de comenzar atenderme se fue a atender otro cliente y tuve que esperar.

Plaza Las Americas Mall and Plaza Del Norte Mall never have a complimentary cleaning service available. They have the strategy to sell the cleaning kit. I bought Pandora's pieces in USA and EU and always they ask for my jewelry to clean as a compliment. Also, I spent almost $400 in Plaza Las Americas with the agreement of rearranging my charms into two new bracelets, and after I pay the associate was instructed to don't do it. I have to talk with the supervisor after that because that was our agreement before paying the pieces. Very disappointed with the store, associates, and services provided in Pandora's store in Puerto Rico, US.

He realizado 3 cambios por problemas de manufactura de una pieza y no me brindan ninguna otra opción que un cambio por la misma pieza. Claramente no la deseo y es desagradable estar yendo constantemente a cambiar una pieza por el mismo problema. Aún así la asociada que me atendió ayer, fue muy amable pero no estaba a su poder la decisión de permitirme cambiar por otro modelo. Desafortunadamente no vuelvo a comprar en Pandora por su baja calidad y la limitada política de cambio por manufactura.

I requested the pink cloth to clean my pandora bracelet; they said they only sell the cleaning kit. No effort was made to try to please me.

La orden fue online Y no me llego Completa la orden. Tuve que llamar para el re embolsó ya que nunca la compañía se comunicó Solo había un producto en la caja y ordene 2 Pero facturaron. 2 Muy mal

My Pandora experience wasn’t all bad. The sale associate knew was she was talking about and I’m happy with my merchandise purchase. However, I was very dissatisfied when I asked for my military discount and it was denied. I went to two other Pandora stores before that one and they both gave me my military discount. The sales associate claimed that they didn’t give a military discount and I completed the purchase feeling dissatisfied.
