The sales person was rude

- i did no receive a really great customer service. - she seemed rushed and want to finish with us asap. - she never created a conversation. Just asked for hat we want and that’s it. - she did not gave us choices. - never smile( she was mad) - finally, I asked for a protective bag for my ring and she said no because the other ones were for people who purchase bracelets and more stuff. - very dissatisfied

The staff did not greet me once I was inside the store and when I asked for assistance it seemed that I was interrupting the employee‘s work. I bought a charm for a gift and I got this very flimsy foldable box for the bead. The presentation was not up to par with my previous visit to another store. Poor attention to customer needs. I had in mind to buy other pieces or me, but decided against it based on the employees attitude towards me.

I had a bad experience with the same sales associate during the Christmas season, she told me that if I was not going to buy anything that she couldn’t show me the merchandise so I went to another store where I was treated properly. This time around the sales associate just wasn’t friendly enough for my standards. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years, I know a little bit on this matter.

My husband went to get my christmas present. He asked the associate if she could put everything under my account so I could work with Pandora directly in case anything happened with my gift. He asked very clearly: "can you guarantee that if you put it in her account she will NOT get an e-receipt", she said yes. What happened? You guessed it, I got an email receipt and thanks to your associate, my present is very much spoiled!!! Horrible experience. After everything he went through to get this surprise for me. Spending over $300 in your store so now he doesnt have a surprise for me for Christmas.

Came to the store a to have to wait half an hour for attendance. When finally a sales person attend us, the saleswoman did not take all the time necessary to show my wife the bracelet she liked, in an effort to show her what she wanted to show. the bracellet that my spouse.

My sales associate did not have proper knowledge of items available nor was she able to give suggestions. In asking questions she was rude and arrogant. She told me something was not available in the store and the sales associate next to her said it was. I work at a Pandora store in Georgia so I was very upset to see this.
