Pandora Jewelry

The sales associate didn’t gave me the jewelry case even though I spent more than $125, $188 to be exact, and that isn’t even the problem. The problem was that when I asked her to verify of there were cases in other stores, she told me very confident and without even verifying that there weren’t cases in any store. Then, I cheked and there were in San Juan for example.

But I am so satisfied!

No estuve insatisfecha en lo absoluto en la tienda de Pandora. Todo fue execelente, el trato, el conocimiento, y la amabilidad y paciencia. Quede encantada con el trabajo y servicio al cliente que cada empleada tuvo en la tienda Pandora de Plaza Las Américas.

I bought 2 items but only one got packed in the bag. When I went back personal was very disrespectful and not helpful at all to solve situation. I have bought in pandora por many years but never again after this uncomfortable event and disrespect.

No vale la pena ya que no hubo ningún tipo de ayuda

Waiting to be attended and associates doing nothing just walking around while I was just standing there and no body would ask if I needed help

I was going to purchase 4 charms to take advantage of the free bracelet. When one of the charms was scanned, the price came up as $55. The associate stated there was a "glitch in the system." The manager agreed with her and did and override to charge me $75. I told both that the glitch was not may problem and the $55 should be honored. They refused. I did purchase the one charm because my mother wanted a Puerto Rico charm. I put the other 3 back. If I thought I could have found the charms elsewhere, I would have left the store without buying anything. This experience was diaappointing!

There were announcements for Free Bangles with the purchase of anything $150 or more. I qualified for such an offer but they just said that they ran out of the Bangles and left me empty handed. This was false advertising and there was no attempt to compensate us with anything else.
